  • Reasonable termination fees

Our Termination Rights

Dispute Resolution

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value for the specific project. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, or for losses exceeding the contract amount.
